These Terms & Conditions set out the general basis on which bookings may be accepted and accommodation may be provided by Olympia Inn. They are provided as a general UK-oriented template and should be reviewed against the hotel’s actual booking channels, operational procedures and commercial terms before publication.
1. Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the hotel or the relevant booking channel issues a confirmation. Rates, room types, occupancy limits and inclusions are those shown at the time of booking.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Payment terms may vary depending on the rate, channel or promotion. The hotel may require advance payment, a valid payment card, pre-authorisation or full payment on arrival, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
3. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times are those stated on this website or in the booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be offered subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
4. Guest information and identification
Guests may be asked to provide valid identification, booking details and payment information on arrival. The lead guest must be authorised to make the booking and responsible for the conduct of all guests included in the reservation.
5. Occupancy and guest conduct
Rooms must not be occupied by more guests than the number confirmed for the reservation unless approved by the hotel. Guests are expected to behave responsibly and with consideration for other guests, staff and neighbouring properties.
The hotel may refuse service, cancel a booking or require guests to leave without refund where there is serious misconduct, unlawful behaviour, abusive conduct, excessive noise, damage, smoking in prohibited areas or use of the room for unauthorised purposes.
6. Non-smoking policy
Olympia Inn operates a no-smoking policy. Additional cleaning, repair or loss-related charges may apply if this policy is breached.
7. Damage, loss and extra charges
Guests may be responsible for damage caused to rooms, furnishings, fixtures or hotel property, and for any exceptional cleaning, replacement or repair costs arising from their stay.
8. Cancellations and amendments
Cancellations, no-shows, amendments and non-refundable rates are subject to the rate conditions provided at the time of booking and the hotel’s Cancellation Policy.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, the hotel’s liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Website content
We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but room details, facilities, nearby attractions, prices and availability may change. Content on this website is for general information only and does not form a binding offer unless expressly confirmed.
11. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless another mandatory legal rule applies.
